DICE has revealed the Final Stand map names in the CTE Battlelog, and the new Final Stand map Operation Whiteout seems to be playable on private servers. These Final Stand maps will most likely become available to CTE testers later today, because DICE's Tigge told CTE testers the other day that there would be a big surprise coming to the CTE servers on September 9th (today).
If they do become available, I'll make sure to upload some gameplay here, so stay tuned.

DICE also released this short Final Stand teaser on their official twitter page which seems to include at least two of the maps, including Operation Whiteout & Hanger 21.

FINAL STAND PRE-RELEASE
This coming week we will let you, the CTE player help us test our upcoming maps while in development. This is the first time we have ever let the community play maps this early in the process – and we want your feedback to make this expansion the best it can be!
We are going to focus our testing on one map per day – starting with Operation Whiteout.
We are looking for feedback concerning:
THE MAPS IN GENERAL
GAME MODES – EXPLOITS OR FLAWS
VEHICLE LOAD OUTS
NEW VEHICLE CONTROLS AND HANDLING
HUD VISIBILITY AGAINST THE SNOWY BACKGROUND
PHYSICAL CLOUD LAYER – IMPROVEMENT OR HINDRANCE?
NEW GADGET AND ATTACHMENT USEFULNESS
The amount of slots for this event will be limited and on a first come first serve basis – so get in there early!

There are also rumors that Final Stand may be getting a Hovertank as a new vehicle. Apparently the image below was gathered from the latest Battlefield 4 game files. Check out the reddit post here.
